Hey Tall Teens... Join The Revolution!
You may feel awkward being a tall teen. You may get comments all the time that drive you crazy. So do a lot of tall teens. You're not alone. I know some of you stand tall and are proud of who you are. That's the way to be! We need your great attitude and support right here! This is a time when many of us tall girls have difficulty fitting in with friends. While many of your friends are dating and dancing, you may be wondering "what's wrong with me?" My advice is "don't sweat it", stand tall, keep your eyes on your goals, and get to college! Why? Because you will leave the boys who would never go out with you behind. You will find that at university, boys become men, and girls become women, and many of the "high school hang ups" will disappear... You won't have to worry about searching for tall junior clothing anymore! I had to shop in the boys section a lot when I was a teenager... tall girl teen clothing just didn't seem to exist. Lucky for us, things are changing. You won't have to worry about feeling so awkward, as the cliques and pressures of high school melt away into the realizations of higher learning. Who was I as a teen? I was an outcast. Truthfully... I had some wonderful friends. But I was different. Yet, I like most tall teen girls had a personality that won people over. I'm not bragging, it's something that comes with the territory, and only a tall woman would understand this. Many tall girls have great personalities. It helps us shine a light on what sometimes can be difficult. And oh, what a shining light it is... If you're a tall teen girl, you should never resent your hieght, and never envy shorter girls... you are who you are, and what a beautiful thing to be. Just think. You could be average. Average height. Average ability. Average life... Be Beyond Average... Be Yourself! If you ever need to just talk...
