Your eyebrows are the single most important feature. Those two little dashes above your eyes add strength and definition to your face. It is important to know that well-groomed eyebrows enhance your beauty beyond measure. So let's pluck away! (easy, now don't over do it...) For starters, you should always remember to pluck your eyebrows right before bedtime so that any redness will disappear overnight. 
Make sure you have a good pair of slant edge tweezers that grip hairs easily (this makes a world of difference, so don't be afraid to splurge on a great pair of quality tweezers). During and after plucking, finely comb your eyebrow hairs one way and then the other to remove any loose hairs.When shaping your eyebrows make sure to compliment your facial features. This means if your face is round, round is the shape your eyebrows should be. If your face has strong angles, your eyebrows should be plucked to accent those strong angles. Most faces are somewhere in between these two extremes. Get to know the shape of your face, and make your eyebrows the crowning glory! You should definitely pluck hairs between each eyebrow and any stragglers that are hanging out in the nether land beyond. But never, I mean NEVER, remove the hairs from above your eyebrows. When using a pencil you should apply the make-up in small, feathered strokes. Start at the inner corner, (Umm... by your nose...) and work outwards toward the outside of your face.
